'Life of Pi' and 'Brave' Winners at Oscar 2013

The winners of prestigious film awards 2013 Oscars has start to announce. In a number of categories have been announced, "Life of Pi" and "Brave" have become the champion in Oscar 2013. Not just "Life of Pi" and "Brave", Christoph Waltz also successfully won the title of Best Supporting Actor for the film "Django Unchained".

"Life of Pi" won the Oscar for a number of categories including Best Cinematography and Best Visual Effects. Surprisingly "Life of Pi" beat tech films such as "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey ',' The Avengers ',' Prometheus 'and' Snow White and the Huntsman".

While the "Brave" won for Best Animated Film category at the Oscars this time. Other films which while it successfully won an Oscar was "LesMiserables" for the category of Best Make Up and "Anna Karenina" for Best Costume Design.

85th Academy Awards are held in Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles, USA, on February 24. The event was hosted by Seth MacFarlane in the presence of a number of top Hollywood actresses like Jennifer Lawrence, Kristen Stewart, Nicole Kidman, Charlize Theron, Jessica Chastain and others. This year, the awards show has chosen James Bond as its theme to commemorate the anniversary of the film franchise's agent 007.
